Saturday

09.00. Departure to Salmenkaita sector of Mannerheim Line. Shore casemates, bunkers No 15, 36, Soviet field cemetery and so on.
12.00. Battlefield of Äyräpää and Vuosalmi. Story of battles in 1940 and 1944
14.00. Lunch in Kiviniemi. Short story of flawed Soviet attempt to cross the river in early December 1939
16.00. battlefield of Taipale. Finnish field cemetery, Finnish memorial cross, Field casemate, area of Mustaoja, Soviet "dugout city"
Dinner in Ivanych restaurant or in Kuusa motel

Sunday

09.00. Departure to Valkeasaari (Beloostrov). Battlefields of 1944: Valkeasaari, Kuuterselkä and Siiranmäki.
Lunch in Terijoki (Zelenogorsk) or on the beach of Gulf of Finland
15.00. Excursion in Lähde sector. Miljoonaire bunker, Poppius bunker, Test bunker, monument to men or 3rd Heavy Artillery Battalion
15.30. Short stop at Taasionlammet sector. Story of the battlefield and of search party activity on the Karelian Isthmus
18.00. Battlefield of Ihantala, Soviet monument at Portinhoikka and Finnish monument in Ihantala
19.00. Border formalities in Vaalimaa
about. 23.00 Finnish time arrival back at the starting point of the journey in central and southern Finland (Driving route Hamina - Kotka - Porvoo - Helsinki - Tampere)

Price of the trip: 150€ + visa fee (price valid in September - October 2005)

The price includes:
transportation, accommodation in double rooms (breakfast is included in the price), guiding on the battlefields
